Having at last installed the download to enable my B9180 to work on my new Windows 7 machine (which worked perfectly with Windows XP) I'm now faced with another problem because it would seem that HP, in their wisdom, have decided NOT to support the superb Adobe plug in to enable the B9180 to use the automated printing set up, which has been a breese to use and makes printing from Photoshop accurate and easy.

When I tried to download the plug in for Photoshop, I got the following message:

The Photosmart Pro print plug-in is not supported with an HP Photosmart Pro B9180 printer installed on a Windows 64-bit system (Vista or XP)

Why are HP so arrogant in NOT supporting this feature for the many Windows 7 users?

Is a fix on the way, or is there a way round this............

Why oh why do I buy HP products?
