Unique Impression Banner Advertising

- All banners are to be 468x60 pixels large, no more, no less.
- All banners are to be no bigger than 1MB in filesize.
- All banner impressions are calculated in uniques, not by pageview.

Banner Advertising prices go at a rate of 2 JobDollars per 1 Unique Impression
